Everyone's favourite fox stars with Nolan Sister.

MORE big names have been announced in the battle of the Cinderellas for this Christmas.

Bernie Nolan, lead singer of the fabulous Nolan Sisters and a huge star in her own right on stage and screen, is coming to Dunstable's Grove Theatre to play the Fairy Godmother in this year's big panto.

Starring alongside her will be one of this country's biggest stars – Basil Brush (boom boom!) as Buttons and rising star Jane Ledsom as Cinders.

The announcement comes just a week after Milton Keynes Theatre announced Bobby Davro and Leighton lass Louise Dearman as Buttons and Cinderella in their production.

Watford Palace Theatre is also planning Cinderella this year.
Bernie is very much the woman of the moment. It was announced last week that The Nolans will be re-uniting just in time to celebrate their 30th anniversary.

As well as having a successful musical career she has been a regular on our TV screens since 2003, starring in both Brookside and The Bill.

On stage she has played the lead in the West End musical Blood Brothers and most recently having played the part of Robin in the national tour of the comedy play, Mum's the Word.

Tickets to The Grove's Cinderella, which runs from December 11 to January 3, are selling fast.

*If you think you may be all Cindered out there's Jack and the Beanstalk starring Sue Hodge from 'Allo 'Allo at Aylesbury, Snow White at the Derngate, Northampton, Shane Ritchie in Aladdin at the Wycombe Swan and The Little Mermaid and The Pirates, a brand new panto at the Alban Arena, St Albans.
