MAY music at The Stables, Wavendon, kicks off on Friday (May 2) with a gig by rock band Mostly Autumn.
From heavy guitar riffs to the most delicate heart-felt ballads, and atmospheric sonic landscapes to hook-driven melodies that revolve in the head for days, this is a band that deserves to be heard.

Bard-busters The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) invite you to join them at The Stables on Saturday for a rollercoaster ride putting the rattle 'n' roll between Shake 'n' speare and proving in their own hilarious way that there's no abridgement too far.

Dust off your platforms and dig out your flares, Abba tribute band Voulez Vous are strutting their stuff on Sunday.

They have been performing the music of Abba for over 16 years and in Abba The Story they perform the group's greatest hits, visually-enhanced by multi-screen projection and voice-over narration telling the story of their rise to stardom to their eventual split.

Guitarist Peter White is at The Stables next Monday with his particular style of smooth jazz that makes his music instantly recognisable worldwide.
