LIKE rock-'n'-roll and want to help raise money for a good cause?
Then go along to Brooklands Club tonight (March 28) and bop your blue suede shoes to the sounds of Good Rockin' Tonight.

The band is a classy, fully professional four-piece rock-'n'-roll group based in Kent who create a sensation wherever they appear.

Fronted by the talented and dynamic Mark Keeley (lead vocals/guitar), they have gone from strength to strength since their appearance on Sky TV which led to their national TV debut in 1994.

Other TV appearances followed and the band's most recent screening was on ITV's Where the Heart Is, when they performed Hey Mae, Blue Suede Shoes and the classic Johnny B Goode.

The line-up includes John (vocals/lead guitar) regarded by fellow musicians to be one of the finest guitarists around today, Tim (vocals/double bass) and Guy (vocals/drums) known for his spectacular Wipe-Out solo.

They have supported many of today's big name attractions including Bill Haley's original Comets, Marti Wilde, Buddy Holly's Crickets, The Drifters, Joe Longthorne, Showaddywaddy and Freddie Starr.

The doors of the club in Garden Leys, Leighton, open at 7pm and all money raised from the grand draw will go to Bowel Cancer Research.

The gig is sponsored by Ellenesse Builders.

More information is available from Linda on 07775 872153.
