Latest applications submitted to Central Beds Council include:

Hockliffe: 47 Manor Avenue, erection of rear conservatory.

Leighton-Linslade: 30 Rothschild Road, demolition of existing conservatory to rear with new single storey rear extension, enlarged dormer window to rear and alterations to side & rear elevations.

Leighton-Linslade: 79 Brooklands Drive, erection of dwelling and associated ancillary works.

Leighton-Linslade: 25 Eriboll Close, part removal of rear single storey extension, erection of rear single storey extension to kitchen.

Leighton-Linslade: Leighton Middle School, 2 Church Square, listed building consent, Borrowers Figures painted onto stone step boundary wall (public art).

Stanbridge: Farfields, Leighton Road, change the south eastern end of the main roof from the present hip to a gable, and two pitched roofed dormers to the front roof scope of a flat roofed dormer at the rear.

Woburn: Maryland College, Leighton Street, proposed adjustments to the parking arrangements in the approved design ref: 08/00502/FULL and 08/00536/LB. The new proposals are for a car port with 3 spaces in lieu of a twin garage adjacent to Plot 6 and for a triple garage in lieu of 3 car park spaces to the rear of the retained College building.

Woburn: Staunton House, Bedford Street, proposed change of use of existing single storey storage / office / community building to 2 no. residential units, community office and associated facilities and internal and external alterations.
