Latest planning applications submitted to Central Beds Council include:

Eaton Bray: Little Isto, Tring Road, new boundary fence with native screen hedge planting in front (retrospective).

Leighton-Linslade: Leighton Linslade (Greenleas) Lower School Kestrel Way, proposed new single storey lower school for 330 pupils providing a nursery, classrooms, hall, kitchen, office etc. and incorporating associated external works. The school is part of a comprehensive urban extension to the south of the town known as Pratts Quarry.
