EATON BRAY: Land rear of White Horse PH, Park Lane, listed building consent: development with 4 detached houses (3x3 bed & 1x4 bed), changes to existing pub car park (resubmission of CB/11/04496)

EGGINGTON: Claridges, High Street, listed building consents (alter/extend), erection of a single storey housekeeper’s cottage within the grounds of a listed building.

LEIGHTON-LINSLADE: 2 Ashburnham Crescent, erection of two storey side and single storey rear extension and front porch.

TILSWORTH: 2 Dunstable Road, listed building consents (alter/extend), repair of chimney between ground and first floor and associated temporary works.
