Leighton Buzzard Music’s new concert season opens on September 22 with a piano recital by the brilliant Korean pianist

JONG-GYUNG PARK.

Jong-Gyung was first prizewinner at last year’s Haverhill Sinfonia International Soloists’ competition. This prestigious competition attracts a large entry from young professional musicians from all over the world and to win it is a mark of real distinction.

Jong-Gyung Park’s programme at Leighton Buzzard Theatre ranges from classics by Mozart and Schubert to the brilliantly evocative second book of Images by Debussy and the virtuosic Venetian and Neapolitan recollections by Liszt of his journeys throughout Europe. It is a feast of great piano music.
