The bright side of the Waterside Theatre

Top West End shows heating to new Aylsbury Vale venue

MORE fantastic shows have gone on sale for Aylesbury Waterside Theatre's jam-packed opening season.

Ready to thrill you with its frothy fun and naughty moments is the boldest bash of them all. Richard O'Brien's Rocky Horror Show comes to Aylesbury Nov 29 – Dec 4.

Sharpen those stilettos for the rockiest ride of your life as you follow squeaky-clean sweethearts Brad and Janet on an adventure they'll never forget.

Get ready for a night of fun, frolics and frivolity in this thrilling production of Richard O'Brien's classic rock opera that's bursting at the seams with timeless tunes, including Sweet Transvestite, Damn It Janet and, of course, the pelvic thrusting Time Warp.

Football legend Greavsie comes to town for one night only when he takes to the stage with his unique brand of comedy and riveting and irreverent anecdotes.

A sneaky peek into Spring 2011 sees the much-loved Su Pollard star in Annie, one of the best family musicals of all time. From its Broadway beginnings to the classic film musical, this heart-warming, rags-to-riches story of Annie's adventures is a tale wins hearts everywhere.

More comedy arrives in the Vale in the form of actor, former MP, and raconteur, Gyles Brandreth.

This is Brandreth unleashed on the stars he's known and the wicked ways of Westminster - no expenses spared.

And now for something completely different… Monty Python's Spamalot - the legendary tale of King Arthur and the knights of the Round Table featuring a bevy (or possibly a brace) of beautiful show girls, witch burnings (cancelled – health and safety) not to mention cows, killer rabbits and French people is brought to you by Eric Idle and John Du Prez.

Winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical in 2005. The show features the Nation's Favourite Comedy Song (Reader's Digest Poll 2009) Always Look on the Bright Side of Life.

Tickets are now on sale at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre Box Office 0844 871 7607 (bkg fee) or visit www.ambassadortickets.com/aylesbury (bkg fee)
