PEOPLE living near the former White Lion Pub in North Street, Leighton, are invited to a community planning evening to hear and talk about a re-development proposal.
Visao Ltd are seeking planning permission for a small number of one-bedroom flats for private sale.

The community planning evening will be held on April 3 at 7pm in Trinity Methodist Church, North Street, Leighton (entrance to the Church hall is from Bedford Street).

Visao have instructed Consensus Planning to organise it. Consensus specialise in community consultation and seek to establish the views and key issues of local residents in close proximity to forthcoming development sites, so that developers can take these into consideration.

There will be a short presentation at 7pm to set the context for the proposals and this will be followed by a discussion about the main issues that residents would like to be considered.

The company welcomes interested parties at the planning evening and should you be unable to attend or have any immediate questions or comments, contact them through www. consensusplanning.co.uk .
