Business guru gives advice to international students
Kim Hills Spedding gave a talk to a group of international undergraduates attending the CBL International Oxford Summer Business School at Oriel College
A BUSINESS guru and author from Woburn has passed on his words of advice to a group of international students.
Kim Hills Spedding, of Park Street, spoke to a group of international undergraduates at the CBL International Oxford Summer Business School at Oriel College, earlier in the summer.
Mr Hills Spedding, who was a mentor in the Milton Keynes Local Business Accelerator competition earlier this year, talked on the subject of starting your own business.
Mr Hills Spedding said: “The subject of my talk was starting your own business and featured many of the really practical aspects of people starting up their own business, contained in my book.
“My book is based on my 25 years of giving advice, acting as a business mentor and presenting business training courses here in the UK.”
Mr Hills Spedding, who helped more than 4,500 companies start up and develop during a 24-year career as a business adviser and trainer, is author of The Really Practical Guide to Starting Up Your Own Business.
