It’s now official – the LB Connect Business Fair on September 18 is going to be the biggest event of its kind ever seen in Leighton Buzzard.
With the vast majority of the 70 stands available now sold out and scores of people already registered to visit, the Business Fair will be held at the Sports Hall, Cedars Upper School, from 6pm to 8pm.
All members of the public are invited and the event is free, but pre-registration is necessary by visiting www.lbconnect.co.uk/business -fair/ where details can also be found for companies contemplating taking one of the handful of remaining exhibition spaces.
“We’re very excited that the event has exceeded last year’s pre-registration figures,” said Bob Chandler, chairman of business networking group LB Connect. “We are now looking forward to two hours of networking excellence.”
Businesses represented cover a wide range of industries from vehicle supplies to double glazing, marketing, pest control, life planning and ice cream. Special guests include Andrew Selous MP, councillors and business gurus. The LB Connect Business Fair is now in its third year and has become an important event on the regional business calendar. Profit from the Fair is being donated to Kids Out, the Leighton Buzzard-based charity that provides breaks for underprivileged children across the region.
Lead sponsor for the event is Osborne Morris and Morgan (OMM). Other sponsors include Clark Howes and Reisswolf.
