A former cottage hospital and college in Woburn has been transformed into luxury homes.

Kebbell Homes’ Maryland development in Leighton Street, Woburn, has seen the property, which was built in the early 1900s, refurbished into a collection of seven high specification apartments.

The house builder says it has put in extensive research to restored the building to its former glory, adding finishing touches from the Arts and Crafts era.

Andrea Fawell of Kebbell Homes, said: “We have transformed this beautiful Grade II listed building into a collection of highly desirable apartments, which are sure to appeal to those looking for a home that promises luxury and glamour.”

In addition to the main building, Kebbell has also refurbished an existing three-bedroom detached house, with studio, and built five substantial new five and six-bedroom homes within the grounds of Maryland.
