This September, the Great British Bag-athon is back and calling on locals in LBO land to join in the UKs biggest stock donation appeal and donate bags full of unwanted things to British Heart Foundation (BHF) shops.
This year BHF shops are aiming to raise one million bags of unwanted things to raise vital funds for life-saving research into heart disease.
Throughout the month of September, Bedfordshire BHF shops will each be aiming to raise almost 2,000 bags full of unwanted things. Support from local people will be vital, simply fill one bag or many with unwanted clothes, shoes, toys, books, CDs, DVDs and drop them off at any Bedfordshire BHF shop.
