Bid for ice rink unsuccessful
A bid by Leighton Buzzard First to secure funding for an ice rink on the Saturday and Sunday of the Christmas Fesival weekend has been unsuccessful.
It was to have been sited in Church Square and the aim was to generate income by charging for skating time.
Other options are now under consideration.
