Girl arrested over attempted stabbing in Leighton Buzzard

A 15-year-old girl has been arrested after an attempted stabbing on a woman in Leighton Buzzard.

The woman was walking along Meadow Way at around 5.15pm on Tuesday April 12 when she was attacked with a knife.

Luckily the woman was uninjured although the sleeve of her jacket was torn.

The 15-year-old girl from Leighton Buzzard was arrested in connection with this incident and is currently on police bail.
