It is alleged Mr Botan appeared outside Linslade School on Tuesday, June 14. He was arrested after police received reports of a man indecently exposing himself outside the school.

He was subsequently charged with exposure, theft of “various items”, and possessing a lock knife.

An adjournment was granted for a full psychiatric report to be carried out, estimated to take four to six weeks.
