Drop-off point gives readers Reasons To Be Cheerful!

There are many Reasons To Be Cheerful if you’re an LBO reader these days.

Whilst many of our readers call our newsdesk on 01582 798512, tweet @LBOnews, post at facebook.com/LBObserver or email news@lbobserver.co.uk with their with their items of news and story tip-offs, you can also use our new drop-off point in Leighton Buzzard town centre.

Step forward Debbie Brewer at Reasons To Be Cheerful at 9 High Street, who this week agreed to take on the role.

If you’ve got an item of news, a letter, parish magazine or maybe a bundle of Target Stamps to redeem then leave them at Debbie’s shop and an LBO member of staff will be along regularly to empty the collection box. Please note you should not leave family announcements, or any other advertising paperwork at the shop – instead call 01908 371133 on such matters.

Reasons To Be Cheerful are now more prominent in the High Street after moving from their original base at Peacock Mews.

Debbie said: “We are now concentrating on being the one-stop shop for little people.

“We have a good selection of toys for all ages, concentrating on traditional and wooden toys that help children’s development. We pride ourselves on having a good range of baby clothes and gifts which will be beautifully wrapped free of charge.

“The new premises means we have been able to branch out with the new and exciting Reasons To Be Crafty studio at rear of the shop. We are running craft sessions after school and also taking bookings for Crafty birthday parties. The space has lots of potential so if you are looking for a crafty space for a baby shower or adult craft session then please drop by.”
