Auditions for She Loves Me

Auditions to be a star in a rare production of a love story at a Tring theatre will take place this week.

Tring Festival Company have announced auditions for She Loves Me, Bock & Harnick’s musical gem, will go ahead on Sunday, January 20, at 2pm.

She Loves Me is set in the 1930s and tells the tales of a variety of characters ranging from interesting and strange to downright eccentric.

A spokesman for The Court Theatre said: “We are looking for a good mix of voices, both singing and speaking, as well of course ages, shapes, and sizes.

“We will be looking to see how people can create character, as well as how they can bounce off each other and take direction from us.

“She Loves Me never stops, combining challenging and memorable music with witty and engaging dialogue. Consequently it requires a cast brim full of energy, discipline, enthusiasm, and talent. This is a great show so come along and audition!”
