For the first year both Greenleas sites in Leighton Buzzard – Kestrel Way and Derwent Road –each ran their own Christmas Fayres.
Acting deputy head, Rebecca Clarke said: “Both fayres were very well attended and filled us all with Christmas spirit.”
The children enjoyed a host of games, activities and stalls plus of course visits to Father Christmas in his Ice Cave.
Even though it was rather chilly a barbecue provided welcome hot dogs and beef burgers.
Mrs Clarke herself, joined the choir as they sang at the events and was full of praise for the PTA.
She added: “Greenleas is indebted to our PTA members on both sites who give up vast amounts of their time to make these events so enjoyable for all of us, especially the children.”
