Linslade Freemasons are winning praise for helping to keep the region’s air ambulance flying.

The two lodges at the Masonic Centre in Wing Road have made regular donations to the charity, which has helped save the lives of countless people since it started work.

Freemasons throughout Bucks have given around £35 000 to the air ambulance over the last year.

The Assistant Head of Linslade and Bucks Freemasons, John Clark, said: “Hats off to all the Linslade Freemasons who have lived up to our principles of friendship, decency, and charity, by supporting this vital initiative.”

He is pictured with Sarah Williamson, head of fundraising at the Thames and Chiltern Air Ambulance, when the last tranche of £6,500 was handed over to the charity.
