Leighton men charged with murder given plea date


Three Leighton Buzzard men charged with the murder of a 24-year-old in Windsor have been given a date for their plea hearing.

Benjamin Paul Brooks, 21, of The Chilterns, 20-year-old Harry Turney, of Orion Way and Lahin Miah, 25, of Windsor Road, will appear at Reading Crown Court on October 21 for plea hearing.

A provisional trial date has been set for Mr Brooks as January 13, while Mr Turney and Mr Miah are expected to return on January 20.

The men are accused of murdering Seàn Noctor on July 28.

A Leighton woman, 24, was arrested on suspion of assisting an offender and was released on police bail until September 6.
