Players at Leighton Buzzard Rugby Club felt the squeeze as they attempted to break a world record for cramming adults into a car.
With the previous record standing at 17, the burly boys had a big challenge on their hands as they clambered into a Chevrolet Aveo last Tuesday.
It was part of a national competition that gave local rugby clubs the opportunity to win a rugby kit courtesy of Chevrolet UK.
By the end of the task the estimated weight in the vehicle was in excess of 220 stone, comprising of a record-busting 19 players.
