Aldi to open for longer?

editorial image

Plans to increase opening hours of Aldi supermarket in Leighton have raised no objections with the town council.

Leighton-Linslade Town Council’s planning committee decided on Wednesday that it would not oppose the proposed new hours.

If approved by Central Beds Council, it would see the Vimy Road store open until 9pm on Monday to Saturday and also until 6pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
