The production will be fully staged, costumed and choreographed. The age old story is beautifully adapted with wonderful songs. Cedars student Callum Fosberry takes on the title role of The Beast with Vandyke student Jess Allsopp performing as Belle, the young girl captured in the Beasts castle where she meets dancing magical objects including Mrs Potts the teapot played by Jenny Beckwith and Lumiere the candlestick played by Thomas Langston.

The young cast aged 13-18 have been rehearsing since before Christmas to get the production onto the stage. Curtain up is at 7pm on Thursday (Feb 28) and Friday (Mar 1) and 2pm and 7pm on Saturday (Mar 2).
