Tonight is the night viewers will find out if a man from Linslade got lucky and found love on ITV’s dating show.

Matt Dunford, of Bideford Green, was spotted by producers to appear in the latest series of Take Me Out after he was placed in the top ten at the World Fitness Model championship in Miami.

The 28-year-old fitness model and personal trainer in London said: “I agreed to do the show because I love being on stage in front of an audience and I knew it would be good fun.

“And also a free holiday to the Isle of Fernando was up for grabs if I got a date.

“They are very thorough in making sure all the guys are single and looking for love or romance, which I was, but you will have to watch the date to find out how I got on with Charlotte!”
