Leighton Buzzard Business Fair 2012
Scores of local business people are expected to take advantage of the free entry being offered for the Leighton Buzzard Business Fair 2012, the largest event of its kind seen in the area for many years – and a big boost for a local charity.
Following the complete sell-out of stand space for the fair taking place tomorrow (Wednesday), the organisers – LB Connect, the town’s leading business networking group – is sticking by its non-profit policy by waiving the £10 entrance fee.
Just as importantly, LB Connect will be presenting a cheque for ‘a substantial sum’to Leighton Linslade Homeless Service, made possible by the group’s fundraising efforts, profits from the exhibition and the generosity of local people.
The fair takes place at Cedars Upper School sports hall from 6-8pm and features 56 local businesses.
South West Beds MP, Andrew Selous, will be present, as will Leighton Linslade Mayor, Alan Brandham, and other members of the town council.
