Man attacked outside pub

A 20-year-old Leighton man faces surgery to repair a broken jaw after he was felled by a punch outside The Office, in Lake Street, in the early hours of Saturday.

Police are now appealing for witnesses who saw the brutal attack, which took place shortly after 2am.

Anyone with information should call DC Mirian Khajavelidze on 101.
