Police appeal after '˜serious' crash near Leighton Buzzard

At around 6.49am on Monday (May 16), three vehicles were involved in a collision when they were travelling west along the A505.

The incident occurred near the Billington Road junction near Leighton Buzzard, and involved a silver Lexus IS200 Sport, a silver Ford Transit van and a red Ford Focus Zetec TDCI.

One person was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who saw any of these vehicles in the area at the time of the incident, or anyone who stopped shortly afterwards to offer help.
