Reclaim health with charity’s aid

IF you or anyone you know suffers from depression, panic attacks, stress or any emotional health problems, Reclaim Life, a local charity invite you to a talk “Achieving Emotional Health” given by Frances Masters, a local Human Givens therapist and a founder member of Reclaim Life.

You can learn why you react like you do and how to help yourself. Reclaim Life has been running for more than two years now and in that time has given help to more than 300 people through their unique five free sessions of life coaching.

Chairman Linda Sears said: “The results that we have had are fantastic. It is so rewarding for us to see people coming to us, often in high states of anxiety, and leaving us positive and able to cope with life again.

“The meeting is also to show what we do and how we do it and is aimed at people seeking help for themselves and for anyone who wishes to become a life coach or who works in the caring profession - it will help you to help others.

The meeting is on Monday, March 19, 7.30pm at Delta House, Hockliffe Street. The next life coach training starts on March 26, 6.30pm at Chalgrave Village Hall. For more details take a look at the website www.reclaimlife.net or call 01525 850697.
