Rushmere flasher hunted
POLICE are hunting a man who was seen exposing himself in Rushmere Park, Heath and Reach, last week.
The flasher was reported by a 46-year-old woman who was walking her dogs in woodland at the country park at around 3pm on Thursday, April 5. As she passed a small pond and followed the path up a hill, she saw a man with his back against a fallen tree.
As she approached she noticed that the man had his shorts pulled down and was committing a sex act. The woman called for her dogs which panicked the man into pulling up his shorts and flee towards Stockgrove Park.
Officers want to speak with anyone who may have seen the man either before or after the incident. The flasher is described as being white, of average height and build and was wearing black cycling shorts and a white t-shirt – possibly with a number nine on the back.
