Splash '˜n' Play and Leighton's beach re-open for summer today!
Leighton Buzzard's popular splash '˜n' play officially re-opened today (Thursday) '“ coinciding with some fine summer-like weather.
The Parson’s Close Recreation Ground facility successfully passed its re-commissioning after its winter break and water tests yesterday.
The Splash ‘n’ Play is now in its sixth year of operation. Meanwhile the town’s ‘beach’ has been re-opened as well.
The sand was left in over winter and has been raked and dug over.
Both attractions will now be open 10am-6pm, seven days a week until the end of summer.
