Supermarket staff got into the spirit of Hallowe’en early this year to raise money for their chosen charity.
On Saturday staff of Tesco, Vimy Road, Linslade, raised money for Cancer Research by dressing up in spooky Hallowe’en costumes and hosting a variety of fun games for customers, face painting for kids and raffles.
Deputy manager Ed Thompson said: “It was a really good day. The customers got really involved and seemed to really enjoy it. It is something we don’t do enough, so we are planning some more events in the near future.”
