Vandals on the rampage

editorial image

Vandalism and violence threatened Linslade when a group of 30 men gathered together causing anti-social behaviour at the weekend.

Police attended Leighton Buzzard Railway Station after receiving calls about criminal damage, with windows being smashed in Church Road at around 12.45pm on Saturday.

The group of suspects who were gathered at the station fled the scene when officers arrived.

Police are now reviewing CCTV in the local area and at the train station and will take further action if anyone can be identified. They are also asking any witnesses to come forward with information to call the non-emergency number 101
