Louise from Linslade - you shall go to the ball!

West End star to glitter in this year's big panto at Milton Keynes Theatre.

LINSLADE actress Louise Dearman will be having a fairy-tale Christmas this year starring in the country's top pantomime, Cinderella, at Milton Keynes Theatre.

The West End star, who has already captured hearts with starring roles in Evita and Guys and Dolls will be playing Cinders alongside veteran comedian and entertainer Bobby Davro who will be turning out as Buttons.

The all-star casting, with more names to follow, was announced this week.

The bubbly blonde, of Fyne Drive, is no stranger to the show. The former Cedars Upper School student, who used to work part-time in the bar of Milton Keynes Theatre, has already performed in two previous pantos, taking the title role opposite family favourite Jonathan Wilkes in 2007.

Leading lady Louise is set to sparkle as Cinderella. She is one of the country's leading vocalists and in demand in the major musicals.

She made her professional stage dbut at 12 in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the London Palladium as part of the children's choir, and then went on to train in musical theatre.

On graduating Louise joined the UK tour of Joseph before appearing in numerous West End productions including Grease, Kiss Me Kate, Guys and Dolls and Make Me A Song.

There's also been national tours of Whistle Down the Wind, Jekyll and Hyde – The Musical, Evita and Guys and Dolls, with the last three productions before her home audience in Milton Keynes.

Cinderella runs from December 4 to January 17 and tickets are already selling fast.
