Man pleads guilty after fatal crash

A man has pleaded guilty to causing death by driving without due care and attention.

James Moorehouse, 39, of Crispin Road, Milton Keynes, will be sentenced at a later date at Aylesbury Crown Court. Robert Kelly died in the crash on the Mentmore to Cheddington Road on November 3, 2014, when the car he was travelling in collided with Moorehouses’ van.
