GHW Developments Ltd have proposed a planning application for residential buildings to be built on industrial land, on Station Road.
The agent, Mr R Shrimplin, has sent the outline Residential Application to Central Bedfordshire Council to be considered.
The proposed plan is for a mix of terraced houses and flats in two different buildings, 17 three bedroom houses and eight one bedroom flats.
The buildings will be two storeys high, with an additional level for parking.
The planning application states: “The development site offers an opportunity for an interesting and desirable residential project that could promote a more positive environment at the railway station and integrate well into its setting.”
