A motorycle that was stolen from a parking space on Drakes Avanue has been found by Bedfordshire Police.
The bike was stolen on Tuesday, March 1, and the owner of the vehicle was informed eight days later that it had been found in Leighton Buzzard.
Pawel Karpinski, a volunteer special constable with Bedfordshire Police, was devastated when his bike that he uses to travel to work was stolen.
He said: “I was told the bike had some damage to it and it is being assessed whether it is repairable by a third party company.
“It is thanks to great police work by Bedfordshire Police that the bike has been recovered.”
