Frustration once again for Morgan-Smith

MISSING out on his second successive play-off final proved a frustrating experience for Amari Morgan-Smith as he had to watch from the sidelines once more, writes Mark Wood.

Although fit, others were preferred on the bench to Morgan-Smith, who had been ruled out with asthma last year when Town lost to AFC Wimbledon.

This time it was York who beat Luton, winning 2-1, as Morgan-Smith said: "I missed out last season and it just a selection thing this time.

"I couldn't knock it really. I just had to get on with it and was hoping for the result for the lads, but it didn't happen."
