Renhold United remain 13 points clear at the head of the Premier Division supported by Sportsform league table after they retained their unbeaten away ways by winning 3-0 at Pavenham on Saturday.

Mark Reed, Delroy Phillps and Ollie Housden netted the vital goals.

Whilst Flitwick Town remain on course to collect the silver medals following their 3-1 win at Caldecote, Jim Lewis, Callum Jones and Daniel Stafford seeing their goals only replied to once by Tom Wallace for the hosts.

For bottom of the table Ickwell & Old Warden it was home defeat number five on the bounce when beaten 1-0 by Sandy. Jonnie Stratford scored just 10 minutes from time to take his side to their third consecutive victory and up to ninth place in the league table.

Britannia Cup Quarter-Finals

Shefford Town & Campton’s defence of the famous old trophy came to an end after they were beaten 2-0 at home by AFC Kempston Town & Bedford College whose goals came via a penalty from Ryan Smith and a strike from Matty Phelan.

The Town will now face Marston Shelton Rovers in the Semi-final after they netted a 4-1 home win over Sharnbrook. Jamie Cerminara netting twice alongside single strikes from Simon Craddock and Aaron Franks against a lone reply via Chris Prior.

The shock of the day saw last season’s beaten finalists Wilstead run out 3-2 extra time winners at AFC Oakley M&DH. Paul Jones netted twice and Wayne Quoreenton once against home replies from George Cox and Matt Barnes to earn a Semi-final date with Eastcotts AFC who won 1-0 at Wootton Blue Cross. Michael Sexton netting the goal just six minutes from time.

Centenary Cup Quarter-Finals

The result of the day belonged to Meltis Albion who ran out 1-0 home winners over Elstow Abbey thanks to a strike from Kieran Walsh to set up a Semi-final meeting with AFC Kempston Town & Bedford College Reserves who were 4-0 home winners over Riseley Sports. All the goals came in the second half via Jake Duxbury ( 66mins) Tom Spavins (77mins) Michael Stephenson (84mins) and Giovanni Moscaritolo (86mins)

For Great Barford it was a 5-0 home win over Cranfield United, Elijah Hukin netting twice alongside single strikes from Reuben Hukin, Sam Queeley and Michael Pickard to bring up the nap hand and a semi-final tie against Queens Park Crescents who won 3-0 at Marabese Ceramics. Ayaz Hussain, Shahiaur Rahman and Toseef Masud scored the goals to do the damage.

Division One supported by Wests Citroen Bedford

For third place Henlow it was away win number five on the bounce after they ran out 4-0 winners at Potton Town who are now without a win in their last eight league outings and down to tenth place in the league standings, James Campbell netting twice alongside single goals from Mark Wilson and Richard Brown.

Whilst also enjoying life on the road were AFC Harlington who return to winning ways for the first time in seven outings by winning 3-0 at Bedford SA who themselves are now on a run of seven games without a win. Matt Barnes with a brace plus Ryan Perry getting the goals to do the damage.

Elsewhere, Shefford Town & Campton Reserves took their unbeaten ways up to four games with a 2-0 home win over AFC Oakley M&DH Reserves thanks to goals from Malcom Marmirofa and Dean Darocha.

Jubilee Cup Quarter-Finals

There was the requirement of extra time needed by Clapham Sports before they ran out 3-1 home winners over Marston Shelton Rovers Reserves. Neil Larham netting twice and Grant Williams once to earn a Semi-final tie against Westoning who won 3-2 at Kempston Hammers. Glenn Cooksley, Bryn Reynolds and Cody O’Neill on their scoresheet against Hammers replies via Matt Dingley and Jimmy Grandidge.

Needing even longer to earn a semi-final place were Wilstead Reserves who ran out 4-2 home penalty shoot-out winners over Elstow Abbey Reserves after 120 minutes had seen the sides deadlocked at 2-2. Lewis Millard and Sam Ward were the home goalscorers against Abbey replies from Jason Fleeting and Myles Ferrraro.

They will now face Stevington at the last four stage after they won 2-1 at FC Houghton. Kieran Souter and Aaron Hewitt on their scoresheet against a lone home reply from Mark Doran.

Division Two

The biggest winners of the day were Renhold United Reserves who ended a run of four straight home defeats by beating Kempston Athletic 5-0. Craig Brown and Michael France both bagged a brace to go alongside a single strike from Josh Burnapp.

Moggerhanger United netted a 4-2 home win over Bedford United, Luke Rudd leading the way with a hat-trick and supported by a goal from Craig Hill whilst the United replies came via an own goal and Jamaal Dixon.

Elsewhere, it was a share of the spoils between Wootton Village and Caldecote Reserves who drew 0-0.

Watson Shield Second Round

Atletico Europa will now face a home tie against Sandy Reserves at the Quarter-final stage after Leighton Town U17 failed to raise a side to meet them at the Bedford Academy.

Awaiting the winners of that delayed Quarter-final tie between Atletico Europa and Sandy Reserves will be Flitwick Town Reserves after they ran out 3-2 home winners over Clifton. An own goal plus strikes from Daniel Pool and Ben Ward outnumbered goals from Andy Harvey and Richard Geers.

Having earned their Semi-final place in midweek Cranfield United Reserves will now face Mid Beds Tigers at the last four stage after they ran out 3-0 home winners over Shefford Town & Campton A. Craig Baker with a brace plus Daniel Whitten netting the goals to do the damage.

Division Three

The new leaders of the Division Three league table are Cranfield United Reserves who retained their seasons unbeaten home record and notched up home win number eight on the bounce to climb above the non-playing Lea Sports PSG with a 1-0 victory over Caldecote U20 thanks to a strike from Adam Kerr.

Whilst for Dinamo Flitwick it was a 2-0 win at White Eagles.Dale Goldie placing them in front after 20 minutes and Charlie Battams doubling the scoreline 10 minutes from time.

Elsewhere, Westoning U20 won 5-2 at Sandy Reserves. Nick Shirley netting four times and Rex Ludlow once against home replies via Carl Mercer and Rob Wilson.
