Harlequins on top at the Nationals

Harlequins claimed three new national champions and a gold medallist at the national finals recently.

The gymnasts performed fantastically at the semi-finals in Peterborough and the finals in Telford.

In National 1 Women’s age 9 – 10 Years Thalia Marrone was 22nd in the first semi-final, 6th in the 2nd semi-final , then won a bronze medal in the National final . Isabel Jackson won a silver medal at the first competition and was 8th in the 2nd semi final.

In National 2 Women’s age 9 – 10 Years Morgan Cook was 7th in the first semi final and 4th in the 2nd semi final and 5th in the National Final.

In National 2 Women’s age 13+ Years Connie Woolhead was 6th in the first semi final and 8th in the 2nd semi final and 6th in the National final.

In National 3 Women’s age 9 – 10 Years Mia Davies won a silver medal in the first semi final and won a bronze medal at the second semi-final and then won a Gold at the National final.

In National 3 Women’s age 13+ Years Ellie Woolhead was 5th in the first semi final and 7th in the 2nd semi final and won a silver medal at the National final.

In National 3 Men’s age 13+ Years Jayden Courtenay – Robin was 11th in the first semi-final and won the silver medal in the 2nd semi-final.

In National 4 Women’s age 9 – 10 Years Sami Gundry won the gold medal in the first semi final and took another gold in the second semi final and a 3rd Gold in the National final.

In National 4 Women’s age 11 – 12 Years Madison Wraight was 6th in the first semi-final and won a bronze medal in the 2nd semi final and came 5th in the National final.

In National 4 Women’s age 13+ Years Freya Grey was 6th in the first semi-final and 8th in the National final.

In National 5 Women’s age 10 – 12 Years Ashleigh Kemp was 5th in the first semi final and won a silver medal in the 2nd semi final and won Gold at the National final.

In National 5 Women’s age 13 – 14 Years Alissa Denniston was 7th in the first semi final and 6th in the 2nd semi-final.

In National 5 Men’s age 15+ Years Max Rowlands was 7th in the first semi final and 5th in the 2nd semi final and 7th in the National final.
