A video has been released online for pupils stuck at home due to the government's Covid-19 restrictions.

Staff are shown with banners displaying words of encouragement, accompanied by drone footage of the school site to the soundtrack of the Bob Marley hit Three Little Birds.

The lyrics "Don't worry about a thing. Cause every little thing gonna be all right" seem rather apt with the country hoping virus cases will now begin to decline and a second wave can be avoided as the government announces it is tentatively easing certain lockdown measures.

Cedars head Steve Palmer at the start of the video

Headteacher Steve Palmer said: "Working through the lockdown really brings out a community spirit amongst staff, parents and carers, students and everybody in Leighton Buzzard and beyond. Staff sent a video to all students to remind them how much they are missed in the current climate."
