Attacker dragged woman through Linslade car park

A 53-year-old woman was grabbed from behind and dragged through a car park in Linslade before managing to escape her attacker.

The victim was parking her car in West Dock, The Wharf, when she was assaulted and pulled into an archway between 8am and 8.30am on Friday, February 28.

The thug is described as a white man, approximately 60 years old, 6ft 2ins tall and wearing glasses. He had a goatee beard and wore a coat and jeans.

PC Olyver Tomlinson, investigating, is keen to trace anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who can help identify the man involved.

He said: “We do not know what the man’s motives were but this was a frightening experience for the victim who has been left with a number of bruises.”
