Four women fighting, vomiting and urinating inside a taxi was picked up by CCTV cameras in Leighton Buzzard.
It’s one of a number of offences included in the latest CCTV report presented to Leighton-Linslade Town Council’s police liaison committee last night (Monday).
The statistics, presented by Central Beds Council, cover October 1 to December 31 and details incidents picked up and number of arrests.
For the taxi incident at 2.43am on October 25 there were no arrests, however there were a total of 8 arrests in all in the quarter due to CCTV coverage.
Other incidents includes two women fighting outside The Lancer in Lake Street (Nov 7), a group of men fighting with a taxi driver in Leighton HighStreet (Dec 13), a man stabbed in Clarence Road (Nov 11), an assault on police at Mr Ridgway’s (October 25), four men riding mopeds dangerously in Astral Park (October 31) and a man assaulting his wife in Leighton High Street (Nov 9).
The report adds that the CCTV control room in Dunstable is continuing to monitor problems with street drinkers in Market Square.
