An eco-toilet is one of the first projects to be completed since Soulbury Parish Council became sole corporate trustee of Millennium Green.
The council was asked to step in after several of the original trustees resigned. A management committee was set up and has taken over the day-to-day running of the Green.
The new loo employs a unique waterless system that will not only be good for the environment but is also available to the disabled.
Plans are going ahead for a new storage facility for the machinery and a visitor centre.
