Heath and Reach woman raises hundreds for Diabetes UK at The London Bridges Challenge

A woman from Heath and Reach completed a ten mile walk to raise money for Diabetes UK.

Sarah Crook, a lawyer for Osborne Morris & Morgan, took part in the London Bridges Challenge on Sunday, September 30.

She started at Battersea Park and crossed some of London’s most iconic bridges along the River Thames, passing Big Ben and the London Eye.

She has raised almost £300 for Diabetes UK, a condition which affects several of her family members and friends.

Sarah said: “This was a really enjoyable event for a great charity which is close to my heart!

“I would highly recommend it as it a fantastic route across 12 bridges in central London.

“I am on track to raise £300 which is amazing!”

Diabetes UK fights to prevent suffering and supports those living with the condition.
