No further action is being taken by police following the death of a one-year-old baby who died in a crash in Slapton last month.
The single vehicle collision happened in Horton Road at 1.42pm on October 13 and a man was initially arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving but was not charged.
The boy was not in the car at the time of the collision and was seriously injured. He later died of his injuries.
A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: “The boy was in collision with a vehicle, this was on private land, not a road.”
The force said an investigation into the collision will continue ‘if new evidence comes to light’.
An inquest will be held by the Bucks Coroner.
