Get your blood pumping as Vinnie films full body workout at Clipstone Park showhome in Leighton Buzzard

The fitness class will be filmed in a bedroom within the Clipstone Park show home that has been transformed into a home workout space by David Wilson North Thames, and will be accessible via Vinnie England’s Instagram page (@femalefitboss) and David Wilson Homes’ website from Saturday, April 3.

Vinnie said: “I’m really excited to be partnering with David Wilson Homes to deliver a fun, energetic workout at Clipstone Park.

"Over the past year myself and many others have been exercising from home and this class is a great way to demonstrate how easy it is to get a workout in from the comfort of your home.

"We’ll be incorporating moves that can be done from your bedroom but are still really effective, so I want to encourage anyone, no matter what fitness level, to tune in and have some fun whilst getting your heart pumping!”

With the pandemic causing an increase in the number of people exercising from home, the showhome has been designed to reflect the changing habits of the population, with the third bedroom providing an adaptable home workout space if required.
