Two men had to be cut out of their car after a road traffic collision on the corner of Shenley Hill and Vandyke Roads.
The air ambulance, two ambulances, two fire engines and a rescue support unit were at the scene within minutes.
It is understood it took place at a known accident black spot.
An East of England Ambulance Service Trust spokesperson said: “There were three patients. One man was uninjured, a woman was taken to Milton Keynes with non life-threatening chest injuries and a third man has yet to be released from the car.”
