Ex-Hatter Thomas nets winner on Tamworth debut
Ex-Luton Town defender Wayne Thomas scored the winner on his debut as Tamworth won 1-0 at Salisbury City in their Skrill Premier opener on Saturday.
The 34-year-old signed non-contract terms with the Lambs this week following his release from the Hatters and headed home the winner from close range on 32 minutes.
Thomas played just twice for Luton after being signed by former boss Paul Buckle from Greek side Veria.
