Separating, divorcing or child issues? Find help at new divorce and family law solicitors in Leighton Buzzard

If you are looking for advice on any divorce, separation or children matters, there’s a new solicitor right here in Leighton Buzzard.

Gemma Lee is an accomplished lawyer with a background specialising in family law matters for almost a decade.

Now she has joined the established Andrew Isaacs Law Ltd legal team, and is heading up its latest office here in the centre of town, at Market House, 25 Market Square, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 1EU.

Meet Gemma

After graduating with a first class law degree Gemma worked at a firm which specialised in family law, and later worked for a local authority within the children and family services department, before moving on to work for a London legal team and then a local firm in Bedfordshire.

Living in Leighton Buzzard made her the ideal person to head up Andrew Isaacs Law’s brand new office.

“I am so proud to be running this brand-new office. And I look forward to offering legal advice on a wide range of family issues to people in and around Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding areas.”

Gemma Lee

“It’s never too soon or too late to seek legal advice, for your own peace of mind and to ensure that you know where you stand and what you need to do.”

She will be able to offer advice and advocate on matters including divorce and separation, financial settlements including dividing assets, co-habitation agreements as well as pre and post-nuptial agreements; and any family matters involving children, including grandparents’ rights, taking children on holiday and even child abduction.

Know where you stand

Whether you are in the midst of a messy separation or you just want to know where you stand if you were to split with your partner, Gemma offers a fixed-fee in-depth consultation which will leave you knowing exactly where you stand legally and what you need to do.

Consultations have no time limit and will equip you with all the information you need for your next step.

Sometimes it may be months or years before you might want to act on the advice – that will be nothing new to Gemma. Her advice is to make sure you know your facts first before taking any action or agreeing to any settlement or divorce arrangements.

Your rights and entitlements can differ depending on whether you are married or co-habiting, whether children are involved and a host of other circumstances.

This is where individual, bespoke advice is essential. Following the initial consultation, should you decide to instruct Gemma to act for you she will then offer a tailored service for you and give you a cost estimate.

Friendly, professional and confidential

After ensuring that there is no conflict of interest (ie the firm is not already acting for another involved party) you can determine how and when you are contacted by the firm.  Rest assured we would not contact the other party without your express instructions and all meetings are strictly confidential.

Andrew Isaacs is used to speaking with clients who are sometimes in very difficult and challenging, even volatile, circumstances and appreciate that often advice is being sought without the knowledge of anyone else.
